Now that the Olympics are over, I’d like to consider myself “decorated” as well – rather, I’m decorated in HubSpot certifications, not medals. We here at WordWrite absolutely adore HubSpot, but we understand it can be a little daunting at first. That’s why I’m going to share with you 10 reasons why you shouldn’t go another day without using HubSpot:
-
The Dashboard couldn’t be easier to visit your high-level data and analytics tied to your page. If you want to view a quick snapshot that provides easily digestible analytics, then you’ll love HubSpot’s Dashboard. Without being too overwhelming with large amounts of data, HubSpot provides you with your visits, leads and customers this month, along with a snapshot of your landing page performance, blogging efforts, and email campaigns.
-
You can feel like a website designer without really having to know anything about HTML. Users can create a website from predesigned templates and basically plug-in company information in the designated fields. Voila! You’ve got a website.
-
Your blog is housed in HubSpot, too, so there’s a streamlined approach to connecting it with your website. I mean, after all, you can access your blog through the website anyway, so why wouldn’t you be maintaining them both in the same platform?
-
Ditch the updated Excel doc method because now contacts are stored in one place in your HubSpot portal. All of their contact information is at hand, plus you’re able to view the person’s recent interactions on your website, latest correspondence and their current lifecycle stage with your company.
-
Calls-to-action have never been easier. Is it just me or are buttons possibly the most fun element of your website to create? HubSpot makes it simple to create call-to-action (CTA) buttons using their “Button Builder” or by uploading a custom image. You can even tailor the exact color, font, text and style to anything your heart desires.
-
Did I mention how easy it is to create a blog post? HubSpot practically handles the SEO for you, notifying you if a meta description, keywords or alt text are missing. This way, your blog post is fully optimized and you didn’t have to break a sweat trying to enhance your SEO.
-
Take social media monitoring and publishing to the next level. Sure, you can monitor and publish social media posts in programs such as HootSuite, but can you track the clicks on the links you share? On top of that, the person who clicks your social links is tracked in your Contacts section to be potentially qualified as a lead. Another instance where HubSpot really integrates your marketing efforts in one single platform.
-
Social media insights track all you need to know across all social platforms in one spot. Track your overall reach across all channels, percent growth and which social media outlets are performing better over others. All complete with a colorful graph to customize by date range.
-
Email marketing is now simpler than ever. With your contacts integrated just a couple navigation tabs over, your email campaigns are streamlined with all of your marketing initiatives, instead of using a different service like Constant Contact or MailChimp. Simply choose a template from HubSpot’s extensive collection, toss in your information in the designated fields and select a list of contacts – all without having to leave the HubSpot platform.
-
Resources trump any I’ve found through other services. HubSpot’s customer service team has been tremendous and very responsive, resolving any issues I’ve had in a very timely manner. Additionally, the continuing education under the “Resources” tab is very extensive, answering most questions I have regarding the “how-to” when utilizing tools in HubSpot. You name it—video format or text copy, the answers to your questions on the “how” are answered.
I’m still learning of new features and enhancements every day, and since the HubSpot platform is so robust, I don’t foresee this changing anytime soon. Add that as reason number 11 why you shouldn’t go another day without using HubSpot.
