In case just the idea of spending time with the WordWrite team wasn’t enough, here are 11 reasons that will leave you ready to break down the doors to attend.
11. Our new location in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh makes it easy to stop by after work. It’s a short walk from many downtown offices or a quick drive in from the surrounding area. Parking can be a cinch, too, in the Smithfield/Liberty Garage or Grant Street Center.
10. It’s a great opportunity to network with other professionals in the area. We have connections with some pretty amazing organizations in Pittsburgh and we would love to share them with you!
9. Our new building’s history is quite cool. It was the previous home of KQV-AM radio and KDKA-TV when it was still known as WDTV. It also has amazing views of many downtown landmarks, including the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and Consol Energy Center.
8. Paul may share his musical talents with you…if you ask him nicely!
7. We have an awesome picture of Downtown on our wall, taken by a local photographer. The definition of awesome is to inspire awe, and we think this picture definitely does.
6. We have three flat screen televisions located throughout the office. Although we are a fun bunch and plan to be the entertainment of the evening, we won’t mind if we catch you sneaking a peek.
5. We picked out all the cool furnishings and décor ourselves. Let us know what you think!
4. Pittsburgh Popcorn Company is a favorite among the WordWrite staff, and we plan to share this gourmet delight with our guests. Choose from a variety of flavors for your take-home treat. If it’s all gone before you get here, you can most likely blame it on Hollie or Emma.
3. I’m sure you are all wondering what kind of refreshments will be offered. Don’t worry, your palate will be sated via an array of hors d’oeuvres from a trendy Pittsburgh eatery.
2. You will have the entire WordWrite staff in the same place, at the same time. As the fastest growing public relations firm in Pittsburgh, we have extremely hectic schedules. Meet the newest additions to the staff and the original members who are the foundation of our success.
1. You get to celebrate the next chapter of WordWrite Communications at its new home. We are very excited about our location in the Chamber of Commerce Building, and we want to share the joy! Come see why this office makes for a great, collaborative work environment.
Still not enough? Let us know and we can come up with more reasons (we have a plethora of them, perhaps too many to share in one blog). Tell us in the comments section why you are most excited to attend our Open House.
