WordWrite Communications, one of Pittsburgh’s fastest growing public relations firms, was honored with both an Award of Excellence and an Award of Honor at the International Association of Business Communicators’ (IABC) 33rd Annual Golden Triangle Awards.

WordWrite was acknowledged for its work with Kennametal, a global leader in metal working tools used for construction, mining and drilling. An Award of Excellence was given to the team for their work on a speech for Kennametal’s CEO, Carlos Cardoso. The speech, titled “Manufacturing: Deliver the Promise” was given by Cardoso to the National Press Club in Washington D.C. this January. Cardoso hosted the news conference to discuss how he and his colleagues need to share their accomplishments in the manufacturing field with the young demographic of workers.

After going through WordWrite’s Storycrafting process, Center for Victory developed and defined their story, enabling the organization to effectively engage with their audience. Center for Victory councils and empowers clients to enrich their relationships within their families and the business world. WordWrite was given an Award of Honor for the design of the center’s logo, and accompanying sub-copy. “Your Champion for Success” exemplifies the Center for Victory’s role in client relations.
