WordWrite Communications, a strategic communications consulting firm, has hired Rachel Borowski as an account executive adding another skilled professional to one of the region’s fastest-growing agencies.
Borowski will support clients in traditional public relations, social media and inbound marketing, playing a large role in executing daily client needs. Previously an intern with WordWrite Communications in 2012, she returns with experience from both corporate and agency environments to provide a unique perspective on brand management.
Prior to joining WordWrite, Borowski was a member of the public relations team at K&L Gates, a global law firm with 48 offices across five continents. She began her career as a social media specialist at Education Management Corporation (EDMC), implementing effective digital marketing strategies and managing all social communities for a brand of EDMC colleges.
In addition to her internship with WordWrite, Borowski served as an intern at Golin (formerly GolinHarris), working with clients such as the United States Navy, Sargento Foods Inc. and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Public Relations and a minor in dance.
