Employee Benefit News highlights firm’s successful win-win model
PITTSBURGH, Pa., June 8, 2009 — WordWrite Communications, one of Pittsburgh’s fastest growing public relations agencies, was recently featured in national trade magazine Employee Benefit News in an article titled, “No pay, not no rules: Compliance tips for unpaid internship programs.”
In the feature article, WordWrite CEO and President Paul Furiga explains the success an intern can have working with a small business, as well as the benefits interns bring to the business. Samantha Wannemacher, WordWrite’s former intern and current assistant account executive, also talks about the invaluable experience she received as an intern at a small agency, which allowed her to take on more responsibility than a larger agency would have.
