WordWrite to be at Point Park University Career Fair

On Wednesday, February 22, between 1 and 3 p.m., staff members from WordWrite Communications will be on hand at the career fair at Point Park University to market the agency and its summer internship position. The annual internship fair is sponsored by the School of Communication and is located in the Ballroom, on the Third Floor of Lawrence Hall. Juniors and seniors majoring in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field will be able to work with senior staff members on real client jobs writing press releases, building media lists, participating in meetings and creating social media posts, among other things. This paid position is hands-on and will help students develop skills that can only be acquired in a professional setting.

If you have good writing skills, experience in Microsoft Office, and use social media, you may be a good candidate for the position. It’s a plus if you have knowledge of Hootsuite and Hubspot.
