WordWrite welcomes 2021 summer intern

WordWrite's summer 2021 intern, Rhy Wiethe

PITTSBURGH (June 1, 2021) — WordWrite, a Pittsburgh-based strategic public relations and digital marketing agency, recently hired Rhy Wiethe as its 2021 summer intern.

WordWrite’s summer internship program provides an opportunity for junior or senior college students to experience working at an agency. Interns are not assigned mere busywork, but take on daily client work and longer projects, including content writing, crafting creative media pitches, creating WordWrite’s social media posts and more. The aim is to develop the crucial fundamentals necessary for success in the public relations industry.

“I believe Rhy will bring energy and tenacity to our team of WordWriters,” said Robin Rectenwald, an account supervisor at WordWrite who manages the internship program. “Her creativity, passion and love for helping others will help WordWrite produce quality content for our clients.”

Wiethe, a junior at West Virginia University, is involved in the Public Relations Student Society of America, and has taken part in multiple internships and various freelance multimedia projects. She intends to complete an accelerated graduate program in journalism after receiving her bachelor’s degree in May 2022.

“The dedication to genuinely helping its clients is my favorite aspect of WordWrite,” Wiethe said. “This agency is definitely making an impact — not only in the PR industry, but in the broader business community, as well.”

WordWrite is focused on helping clients find their Capital S Story –– the story that answers why someone should buy from, work for, invest in or partner with a given organization.

The agency uses its trademarked StoryCrafting process to uncover and share an organization’s Capital S Story. Learn more at www.wordwritepr.com or check out WordWrite President and Chief Storyteller Paul Furiga’s book, “Finding Your Capital S Story: Why your Story Drives your Brand.”
