Paper provides scientific background for WordWrite StoryCraftingSM
PITTSBURGH, Pa., May 21, 2009 —WordWrite Communications LLC, today released "Tales Worth Telling: How the ageless power of stories delivers business success," a white paper that provides the scientific background for WordWrite's proprietary StoryCraftingSM approach to successful public relations.
The white paper is the result of more than two years of concentrated development and decades of combined professional experience in journalism, marketing, public relations and research amassed by its authors, WordWrite President & CEO Paul Furiga, and WordWrite senior marketing associate John Durante.
"So many agencies claim to have a 'secret sauce' that makes their work different," Furiga said. "In my years in journalism and in public relations, I have seen over and over again that nearly all of those claims were smoke and mirrors. The purpose of publishing our white paper is to begin the process of making clear that StoryCraftin not only delivers results, but that it is fundamentally different than what other agencies claim to provide because it is rooted in reality and has a scientific foundation."
"Authentic stories, told by fluent storytellers, and measured by 'reading the audience,' are the fundamental principles of successful storytelling since the dawn of civilization," Durante said. "What we have learned is that these same powerful principles deliver success in business communications, including marketing and public relations."
In coming weeks and months, Furiga said WordWrite will be sharing much more of the thinking behind StoryCrafting, WordWrite's proprietary service that remakes public relations to enable clients to tell their authentic, compelling stories in a way that delivers business results by tapping the ageless power of storytelling.
